All original materials you upload to Clarioxis remain your intellectual property. We only receive a temporary license to process them for your analysis, presentation, and tutoring needs.

Processed materials under copyright without authorization are strictly prohibited. Users must ensure compliance with local laws and institutional regulations.

Generating or spreading discriminatory or unethical content via this service is prohibited. Anomalous abuse detected by the system may result in account termination.

Reverse engineering Clarioxis core models or rendering engines, or any automated scraping that compromises infrastructure security, is strictly forbidden.

Clarioxis Education Labs reserves the right to adjust agreement tiers, feature scope, and pricing based on technology and compliance. Major adjustments will be notified in advance.

These terms are governed by law. Clarioxis Labs reserves final interpretation rights for service terms and related activities, subject to applicable law.
